Description
Various repairs to Building 19 located at 235 Cooke Ave in the Gimli Industrial Park. The repairs include but not limited to:
• Asbestos siding removal along the east side upper wall.
• Asbestos insulation removal along eaast and south interior walls.
• Remove 1 double door and install a 10’x7’ overhead door.
• Repair structural middle (6th) post inside main storage area.
• Install Tyvek & metal clad siding where asbestos siding was removed along east upper wall.
