Tenders will be opened in public. The City will broadcast the tender opening by way of a Microsoft Teams meeting. Language of tender submissions is English.
The requirement is for the supply and delivery of treated bulk coarse highway salt to the City of Pembroke salt dome, located at the City of Pembroke Quarry Facility, 290 Quarry Road, Pembroke, ON for the 2026-2027 and 2026-2027 winter seasons.

All questions relating to this tender request will be received in writing up to and no later than 12:00 pm local time on July 16, 2026.
The procurement of goods and services specified in the tender documents is subject to the provision of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement (OQTCA). The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
