Description
The successful Applicant will provide engineering expertise in the development of a scope of work and related requirements for a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to procure services to conduct a comprehensive condition assessment of WorkplaceNL’s building infrastructure and to develop a five year capital and maintenance plan for the infrastructure based on the findings of the condition assessment. This includes the mechanical, electrical and other systems at WorkplaceNL’s building and their respective conditions. The successful Applicant will also provide expertise to assist in the evaluation of the proposals submitted in response to the RFP for the building condition assessment and the 5 year plan.
