D2. SCOPE OF WORK
D2.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the supply and delivery of chemicals for heating and cooling HVAC systems for the period from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, with the option of four (4) mutually agreed upon one (1) year extensions.
D2.2 The major components of the Work are as follows:
(a) supply reagents and test kits for water testing;
(b) provide a service representative and on-site technical assistance;
(c) provide water testing, evaluation and documentation of water conditions, and
(d) provide calculations for bleed rate and chemical pump operations for HVAC systems.
