Description
This Request for Services (“RFS”), issued by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”) is a Stage 2 Solicitation documented under MA # 29729-Professional Business Consulting Services (“Master Agreement”).

An optional Pre-Submission Conference Meeting has been scheduled as follows:
Location:                 In person – Room 319 A/B - 352 Donald St, Winnipeg MB
Date and Time:      July 17, 2026, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM CT

Qualified Suppliers are required to send a mail confirming attendance with details of participants (name and email addresses) to bids@gov.mb.ca by July 15, 2026, 12:00PM CT. An executed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be submitted with the attendance confirmation.

Only Qualified Suppliers that have executed the NDA will be permitted to attend the Pre-Submission Conference Meeting and receive access to confidential information.
