Solicitation number 26-018
Publication date
Closing date and time 2026/08/20 16:00 EDT
Description
This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is being issued by Waterloo Regional Health Network (WRHN) on behalf of WRHN and Cambridge Memorial Hospital (CMH) to obtain proposals from Proponents for the provision of Engineering Services at all member hospitals. There will be no site visit associated with this RFSQ opportunity. It is the intention that through this RFSQ process, Proponents will qualify to join the Vendor of Record (VOR) list by achieving the minimum score threshold identified in this RFSQ. Vendors who are awarded to the Prequalified VOR list will then be able to bid on future projects for Engineering Services, as required and requested by member hospital sites, during a second-stage selection process. Future project values may vary and, in some cases, may exceed $10 million. WRHN’s current Prequalified Vendor of Record for Engineering Services is expired. This RFSQ is to award a new Vendor of Record for Engineering Services, anticipated to commence November 1, 2026. The initial term of the awarded Prequalified Vendor of Record (VOR) will be two (2) years, with options to extend for an additional four (4) 2-year option periods.
