Manitoba seeks to acquire used fire apparatus ( Aerial & Heavy rescue Fire Apparatus) for the Manitoba Emergency Services College (MESC), a division of the Office of the Fire Commissioner which provides accredited training to the Manitoba Fire Service (MFS) and other emergency response clients.
