DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK:
Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to establish a multi-year framework agreement with a qualified Consultant to provide consulting, technical advisory, coordination, and optional delivery support services for Grid Modernization initiatives.

The RFP process is expected to be completed in 2026, with services initiated shortly thereafter to support near-term Grid Modernization activities.
