Four (4) hard copies of the proposal clearly marked as to contents or emailed PDF copy with signature to purchasing@pembroke.ca by 2:00:59 PM, Local Time, Thursday, August 27, 2026.
All questions relating to this proposal request will be received in writing up to and no later than 12:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, August 20, 2026.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
