Description
This procurement is for a General Contractor to complete renovation and fit-out work at Progress Campus Mechanical Lab (B Building).
 
The work includes renovation of B1-04, B1-05 and B1-05A currently operating as mechanical lab teaching spaces. Renovations include, wall and ceiling paintings, refreshed floors including local slab thickening, upgraded mechanical systems, and architectural modifications such as the operable glass wall.
