The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFQ and administering the RFQ process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D).
The Coordinating Entity intends to enter into an Agreement with one (1) or more Supplier(s) to provide the Products and associated services identified in this RFQ. Respondents may propose to subcontract portions of the work, subject to the prior written approval of the Purchaser.
