DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) requires a high-quality, cost-effective, and efficient Proponent to deliver cleaning and caretaking services for the Department of Student Housing & Residence Life (SHRL). The year-round housing operation services students living and studying at UTSC (all year), and short-term hotel and conference guests (May to August).
Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of September 22, 2026 at 2:00 PM EST. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. The submissions will not be opened publicly.
