BDC wishes to acquire an IT learning Solution related to the development of Credit Acumen, including implementation and post-implementation services, as described below. The Solution must be offered as a standard Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution and must be able to connect to other cloud-based or on-premises applications, where applicable.
