SCOPE
This Invitation to Tender consists of the supply and delivery of Hydraulic Equipment for Snowplows and Related Parts as per the Specifications attached to this document.
Only new products, components and build materials shall be accepted. Used, re-built or nearly new products, components and build materials will not be accepted.
The contract(s) resulting from this Invitation to Tender shall be for a three (3) year period--from February 1, 2023, through January 31, 2026, inclusive--with the availability of one (1) one-year Option Year period (February 1, 2026, through January 31, 2027, inclusive).
CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
A contract will be awarded to the lowest priced compliant bid that meets the Specifications attached hereto.
DELIVERY DATE AND PRICE
Vendor should deliver the products ordered against the resulting contract(s) within six (6) weeks ARO to the Shipping Address detailed within the Order. Bids must include pricing for delivery to the Shipping Address detailed above.
VENDOR QUESTIONS
All inquiries should be received seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date; any inquiries received less than 7 calendar days prior to the closing date cannot be guaranteed a response. Please reference the tender number and closing date within your communications to ensure a prompt and accurate reply.
SUBMITTALS
Paper copies of bids are no longer accepted. Please see the clause below titled "Instructions for Bid Submission" for instructions to submit bids.
HOW TO SUBMIT PRICING
The 'Unit Price Including Discount' and 'Extended Price' should NOT include taxes.
Vendors must bid upon ALL Items. Partial bids will not be accepted.
