The Chaleur Regional Service Commission (CRSC) is inviting all interested Tenderers to present an offer for the purchase of a new Waste Handler Tractor Crawler Bulldozer. Sealed tenders marked "Call for Tender #2023-01 Purchase of New Waste Handler Tractor Crawler" will be received until 2:00 pm (local time),on Tuesday February 21,2023 , at 1300 route 360, Allardville, NB E8L 1H5. The name of the tendering firm as well as the identification of the contract shall be indicated on the envelope.
Each tender must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the tender price, payable to the Chaleur Regional Service Commission.
The latest revision and amendments of the "Tendering Regulations" of the Crown Construction Contract Act (82-109), as amended, shall apply to this tender.

The Chaleur Regional Service Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.

La Commission de services régionaux Chaleur (CSRC)invite tous les soumissionnaires intéressés à présenter une offre pour l'achat d'un nouveau "Waste Handler Tractor Crawler" Les soumissions sous enveloppes cachetées indiquant "Appel d'offre #2023-01 Achat d'un nouveau Waste Handler Tractor Crawler" seront reçues jusqu'a 14h (heure locale), le mardi 21 février 2023 au 1300, route 360, Allardville, NB, E8L 1H5. Le nom du soumissionnaire, en plus de l'identification du contrat, doit être indiqué sur l'enveloppe.
Chaque soumission doit être accompagnée d'un bon de cautionnement au montant de 5% du total de la soumission, payable à la Commission de Services Régionaux Chaleur.
La dernière version ainsi que les amendements des "Règlements de Soumission" de la Loi sur les Contrats de Construction de la Couronne (82-109), s'appliquent au présent appel d'offre.
