by Way of Addenda, this Addendum 2 extends the Deadline for Issuing Addenda and the
Submission Deadline. All other dates remain as they were stated in ANBL 23#56 Request
for Supplier Qualifications for ERP Implementation Partner (the "RFSQ").

Further, the addendum will provide a response to a question received.

This Summary Notice and Notice of Intended Procurement is issued by Alcool NB Liquor
("ANBL") for procurements covered by the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and/or the
Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement to provide summary information in relation to
specific procurement, as detailed below.

A. SUMMARY NOTICE

1. Subject Matter of Procurement

Request for Supplier Qualifications for ERP Implementation Partner
ANBL will be seeking to partner with a system implementer for the implementation of the
commercial cloud-based ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 ("D365"). For the purposes of the RFSQ
and RFP, reference to D365 will encompass Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Dynamics 365
Supply Chain Management, and Dynamics 365 Commerce. ANBL requires a trusted, agile, and
solutions-focused partner.

The partnership will include an agreed-upon wholistic implementation approach with defined
pricing mechanisms and measurable timelines and milestones. ANBL is committed to
standardizing business practices across functional areas with minimal to no customization.
ANBL will be solely responsible for procuring all required D365 software. The implementation
partner must be able to work with both Softchoice, as the reseller, and Microsoft Canada Inc., as the service provider, throughout the implementation.

5. Time-Frame for Delivery, Duration of Contract and Extension Options
It is anticipated that the resulting contract will be awarded August 2023 and will be for a term of three (3) years with an option to extend on the same terms and conditions for up to four (4) additional terms of six (6) months each.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This Request for Supplier Qualifications ("RFSQ") is an invitation by ANBL to prospective
respondents to qualify for eligibility to participate in a future ANBL Request for Proposals ("RFP") for an enterprise resource planning ("ERP") implementation partner. The resulting RFP will include negotiations.

Based on the evaluation of the responses, all respondents who have passed the review of the
mandatory requirements as set out in the RFSQ will be prequalified to participate in a potential invitational Request for Proposal process.
