INTRODUCTION
Hampton is tendering for the supply and delivery of a Mobile Water Supply Fire Apparatus
TENDER SUBMISSION
1. Tender submissions shall be in a sealed envelope clearly showing: Tender # (HAM-HFR-2023-05) with the Tender Closing Date and Time (APRIL 26, 2023 AT 1:30 P.M. LOCAL TIME) and the Company's name on the front of envelope and addressed as follows:

2. Tenders must be forwarded to Hampton no later than the closing date and time.
3. Suppliers shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their submissions in the manner and time prescribed.
4. All tenders delivered to Hampton shall be dated and recorded. It is the responsibility of the Supplier to ensure that his quotation is in possession of the Director of Communications & Legislative Services before the closing date.
5. Submissions must be in English only or in English and French.
