A PRE-BID INFORMATION SESSION will be held TUESDAY MAY 23, 2023 @ 1:00 P.M. - ATLANTIC TIME, in the boardroom of the MONCTON FIRE DEPARTMENT, 800 ST. GEORGE BLVD., MONCTON, N.B.
The information session will be virtual; however, "in-person" attendance is also optional. Anyone who wishes to attend the information session either "virtually" or "in-person" MUST advise Daniel Thériault, Procurement Officer (See Article 7.2) and an email invitation will be sent to the attendees who wish to attend.
The purpose of this information session will enable all prospective firms to understand the scope of this project, clarify any aspects of the Proposal document, and familiarize themselves with the Specifications, Terms and Conditions of the RFP. The City of Moncton strongly encourages Bidders who wish to have their Proposal submission considered attend this pre-bid information session.

All requests for additional information, clarifications, or instructions concerning this Request for Proposal (RFP) must be sent IN WRITING (facsimile or e-mail) and be received by the individual named in Article 6.2 NO LATER THAN TUESDAY, MAY 30, 2023 @ 3:00 P.M. - ATLANTIC TIME.

Proponents responding to the public notice are advised that RFP documents may only be
obtained through the New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON) website
(www.gnb.ca/tenders/), or from the City of Moncton's Purchasing Department. Only
Proponents who have obtained the RFP directly from the NBON or the City of Moncton's
Purchasing Department are eligible to submit a Proposal at this time.
