    ****AMENDMENT # 3*****

The following bid question was received:

    Question #1:

in Appendix I, RFP Technical Evaluation Criteria table, it seems to say that Category 1 responses should be limited to 3 pages. Category 1 includes 23 questions to be responded to and the questions alone take up 1.5 pages, is it reasonable to response to all these questions in 3 pages? That said, is it expected that the responses should be limited to 1 or 2 phrases

    Response #1

All other information remains the same.

    *****AMENDMENT # 2*****

The following bid questions were received:

    Question #1

Reference to Amendment #1 Question #4 and Response #4:

    Question #1A)

The response was "yes" to the need and an application of an evaluation score for the Elevator Consultant. What is their submittal requirement?

    Response #1A)

    Submit name, company and experience.

    Question #1B)

How is this evaluated and what experience needs to be demonstrated?

    Response #1B)
Required as part of RFP response.

    Question #1C)
    Similar to other sub-consultants?

    Response #1C)
All sub-consultants are to be identified.

    Question #1D)

What is the score (points awarded) for the Elevator Consultant?

    Response #1D)
An elevator consultant is required as part of the proponent's design team.

    Question #1E)
Does this required re-distribution of other scores/points?

    Response #1E)
    No

    Question #2)

In 2020, there were 30 projects in the Maritimes registered under LEED v4 and none under LEED v4.1. Few consultants would be able to provide a completed LEED v4.1 reference school project. Please consider expanding your criteria to include: LEED v2009 schools and LEED v4 projects. It may be ideal to allow the inclusion of more than one reference project to show both

    Response #2)

    LEED v4 is acceptable

All other information remains the same.
