Category 2.1 requires Mechanical Engineer of Record to have undertaken a school project within the last 10 years having a construction value greater than $15M. Can this be reduced to $10M, similar to other educational RFP's within the last year.

Category 2.4 requires Structural Engineer of Record to have undertaken a school project within the last 10 years having a construction value greater than $15M. Can this be reduced to $10M, similar to other educational RFP's within the last year.

The following bid question was received:

in Appendix I, RFP Technical Evaluation Criteria table, it seems to say that Category 1 responses should be limited to 3 pages. Category 1 includes 23 questions to be responded to and the questions alone take up 1.5 pages, is it reasonable to response to all these questions in 3 pages? That said, is it expected that the responses should be limited to 1 or 2 phrases

Please consider expanding your criteria to include: LEED v2009 schools and LEED v4 projects. It may be ideal to allow the inclusion of more than one reference project to show both
