The contract will be awarded to the Vendor with the highest discount off Canadian List Price, resulting in the lowest cost to SNB and meeting all other tender requirements.
Service New Brunswick (GNB) is looking to
establish a Contract of Supply arrangement
for Adobe Products for a period of three
(3) years. SNB may renew the Contract of
Supply for up to two (2) additional years,
which will not exceed a total contract
length of five (5) years, upon mutual
agreement of both parties. Option years may
be renewed in one (1) year increments or in
multi- year increments up to two (2) years
in total.
