The Strategic Procurement Division is not bound to accept the lowest price or any proposal of those submitted. Proposals will be assessed in light of the evaluation criteria. Please see attachments.
Service New Brunswick (SNB) is looking to establish a contract of supply for Data Centre X86 based servers, including hardware maintenance and out of band management solutions, to assist SNB and its clients in supporting its Information Technology (IT) infrastructure.
This Contract of Supply will have an initial period of three (3) years with the option to renew for an additional three (3) years, which will not exceed a total contract length of six (6) years. Option years may be renewed in one (1) year increments or in multi-year increments up to three (3) years in total, upon mutual agreement between SNB and the successful Proponent.
