PURPOSE:

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to invite qualified professional engineering firms to provide a Proposal, in compliance with the Terms and Conditions, Specifications, Terms of Reference, Drawings / Plans, and Appendices stated herein, for the provision of engineering services to develop the design, and oversee the construction of the proposed Dieppe Boulevard Extension, located in Dieppe, N.B.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The City of Dieppe requires the completion of the detailed design, project management and construction services necessary for the construction of the Dieppe Boulevard Extension from Belle-Forêt street to Amirault street (see attached Plan in Appendix A). The City wishes to install water, sanitary and storm systems along the Dieppe Boulevard Extension as well as a new water reservoir and pumping station. Construction will likely include three (3) roundabouts along the roadway while installing new multi purpose trails along both sides. The detailed design work for the first phase of the project is already underway and will be shared with the successful proponent. The project is anticipated to be separated in three (3) construction phases, 2024-2026.
