Question # 1
Looking for clarification with regards to conflicting information between Evaluation Process and Criteria (Section 8.1. and Subsequent 8.1.1) and Experience of the Key Personnel (Section 7.2.2.3), given that the same information is to be included in Key Personnel (Section 7.2.2.4), we are of the understanding that the Evaluation Criteria takes precedence and is to be followed.

The Evaluation Criteria does not to take precedence. The instructions provided in Section 7.2.2.3 and 7.2.2.4 are to be followed.

Item 4.1.6, request that the proposals shall be irrevocable for Thirty (30) days vs. Ninety (90) days.

Proposals shall be irrevocable for a period of 90 days as per the RFP.
Question # 3
We are requesting that the NB supplier preference and NB manufacturer preference clauses be deleted from this project and that all submissions will be evaluated the same with no adjustments to price or score based on being these.
