    INVITATION

    This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Workplace Health, Safety and
    Compensation Commission of New Brunswick ("WorkSafeNB") to prospective proponents to
    submit proposals for a Financial System Solution, as further described in Section B (The
    Deliverables) of the RFP Particulars (Appendix F) (the "Deliverables").

    WorkSafeNB is seeking the services of a proponent to provide the Deliverables, in collaboration
    with WorkSafeNB, which will include the following service offerings at a high-level:

    - Software as a Service ("SaaS") Based Financial System
    - Implementation and Support Services
    - Post Implementation Support and Maintenance Services
    - Training Services

    RFP documents and all addenda will be posted electronically through The New Brunswick Opportunities Network ("NBON") (https://nbon-rpanb.gnb.ca/).

    Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials, or other representatives of WorkSafeNB, other than the RFP Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent's proposal.

    All inquiries pertaining to this RFP must be addressed in writing by 4:00 PM Atlantic time on Tuesday, March 12th, 2024 to the "RFP Contact" above.

    Written response to inquiries will be posted on NBON website not later than 4:00 PM Atlantic time on Tuesday, March 26th, 2024.

    RFP SUBMISSIONS

    RFP submissions for the WorkSafeNB RFP for a Financial System Solution (RFP-2024-01), must be received before 4:00 PM Atlantic time on Friday, April 19th, 2024.

    1. This RFP is conducted under the requirements and terms and conditions of the Procurement Act, New Brunswick Regulation 2014-93, and the subsequent revisions and amendments.
