    Bid responses will be accepted by the City of Moncton in a DIGITAL FORMAT through the City of Moncton's "Bids&Tenders" electronic bidding platform (http://moncton.bidsandtenders.ca).

    The City will NOT accept Proposals submitted in a printed format.

    Electronic Bid Submission:

    (a) Bids shall be submitted through the City of Moncton's "Bids&Tenders" electronic bidding platform (http://moncton.bidsandtenders.ca) prior to the official Closing Date and Time specified herein.

    (b) A "Vendor Account" must be created in order to register as an official "Plan Taker" for this bidding opportunity, and submit an electronic bid response.

    (c) Detailed instructions on how to create a "Vendor Account" and submit an electronic bid are available through the City of Moncton's website (http://www.moncton.ca/bidding-opportunities).

    PURPOSE:

    The City of Moncton is seeking to engage the services of a highly qualified, experienced and knowledgeable firm to provide Property Management Services for Moncton City Hall, located at 655 Main Street, Moncton, NB. Moncton City Hall was constructed in 1996 and is comprised of a six (6) story, reinforced concrete building with exterior walls fabricated from architectural pre-cast concrete panels, with tinted glass curtain walls, and is approximately 70,000 sq. ft. in size.

    Property Management Services shall include, but not be limited to:

    - Annual building inspections
    - Day-to-day building maintenance services
    - Building preventative maintenance services
    - Health and safety requirements
    - Information management
    - Reporting and monitoring
    - Emergency preparedness
    - Project delivery services (tenant services, minor repairs under $5,000 and emergency repairs)


    PRE-BID SITE MEETING:

    A PRE-BID SITE MEETING will be held MONDAY, JUNE 24, 2024 @ 10:00 A.M. - ATLANTIC TIME at MONCTON CITY HALL (Lobby Area), located at 655 MAIN STREET, MONCTON, N.B. to provide interested Bidders with an opportunity to view existing site conditions and equipment and seek clarification regarding the proposed Scope of Work.

    All interested Bidders MUST have a representative present at this meeting, as NO SUBSEQUENT MEETINGS WILL BE ARRANGED, unless the City's determines it is in its best interest to provide an additional Pre-Bid Site Meeting.
