QUESTION 1
Are there any existing government owned facilities that are already under-utilized and could be re-purposed for this proposal?
ANSWER
No, proponents are asked to submit proposals to establish the live-in therapeutic community as described under section 6 of the Request for Proposal.
QUESTION 2
Do you have an ideal total per diem per bed to aim for?
ANSWER
No, proponents are asked to present a budget as explained in section 7.3 and per Appendix B of the Request for Proposal. The total combined Per Diem rate from the two categories listed in Section 7.3 will form the basis for pricing evaluation.

in New Brunswick.
