This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by Service New Brunswick ("SNB") to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of two (2) clinical flow cytometry systems, including equipment, supplies, service, training, delivery, installation, implementation and validation at the Saint John Regional Hospital, with a possibility of purchasing an additional system during the original contract term for the Moncton Hospital.
