    Please be advised that this Invitation to Tender has been amended to answer the following potential bidder (s) question:

    Q1: Given the manufacturing lead time required for producing custom lockable storage bags and current supplier capacity, we would like to inquire whether an extension of up to forty (40) days beyond the requested delivery date of July 2, 2026, could be considered.

    A1: Yes. An extension of up to forty (40) days beyond the requested delivery date of July 2, 2026, will be considered acceptable, provided all other requirements of the tender are met.

    Q2: The tender references delivery to multiple locations (Items 1.1 through 1.40). Could you please confirm whether deliveries can be completed on a phased basis across these locations, rather than a single consolidated delivery, to ensure efficient logistics coordination and accurate distribution?

    A2: Yes. Deliveries may be completed on a phased basis across the locations identified in Items 1.1 through 1.40, rather than as a single consolidated delivery, provided all locations receive the required quantities.

    SCOPE
    This Invitation to Tender (ITT) consists of the supply and delivery of 6,500 locked storge bags for Safe Cannabis Storage Initiative on behalf of the Department of Health.

    SPECIFICATIONS
    Please refer to the item description below.

    SUBMITTALS
    Bidders should submit product specifications with their bid submission.

    DELIVERY DATE
    Bidder should deliver the goods on or before July 2, 2026. The delivery shall be FOB to the Shipping Address stated below in Items 1.1 through 1.40. Deliveries thereafter the requested date may be cancelled.

    CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
    Compliant bids will be evaluated and awarded based upon the lowest total price bid that meets the specifications listed within this document.

    HOW TO SUBMIT PRICING
    Bidders are invited to submit their UNIT PRICE--the price for a single product within the Tender Item--under the 'Unit Price Including Discount' column. Bidders should then multiply their unit price by the 'Quantity/Unit' to calculate the 'Extended Price'. The 'Unit Price Including Discount' and 'Extended Price' column directly on this Invitation to Tender. The "Total including all charges" should NOT include taxes.

    All shipping/delivery charges MUST be included in the unit price.

    BIDDER QUESTIONS
    All inquiries should be received five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date; any inquiries received less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date cannot be guaranteed a response. Please reference the tender number and closing date within your communications to ensure a prompt and accurate reply.
