Description
Rapid Rehabilitation and Reablement Training for Frontline Workers has been posted as referenced in section 6.2 of the RFP document

The purpose of this RFP is to secure 10 beds in Special Care Homes in various locations of the province, as further described in Table 2. These beds will be used to deliver rapid Rehabilitation and Reablement (R&R) Services to seniors.
Un budget destiné à financer 10 lits dans les centres de soins de réadaptation (SCH) de toute la province a été alloué afin d'offrir des services aux personnes participant au programme de repos et de réadaptation qui peuvent quitter l'hôpital mais qui ont besoin d'un accompagnement supplémentaire et d'une période de réadaptation avant de rentrer chez eux.
