    La Ville de Caraquet, en partenariat avec la province du Nouveau-Brunswick, acceptera les
    soumissions jusqu'au 31 juillet 2026, 10h00 (heure locale) pour l'asphaltage d'une section de la rue Saint-Paul (route 145) à Bas-Caraquet. L'ouverture publique des soumissions se fera à l'Hôtel de Ville immédiatement après la fermeture de l'appel des soumissions.

    Les soumissions sous enveloppes cachetées identifiées « Asphaltage - rue Saint-Paul, projet
    # 084-26-2 » seront reçues par M. Marc Duguay, directeur général, Ville de Caraquet, C.P.
    5695, 10 rue du Colisée, Caraquet NB E1W 1B7.

    La dernière version ainsi que les amendements de « La Loi sur la Passation des Marchés
    Publics » (règlement du NB- 2022-78), s'appliquent au présent appel d'offres.

    Les documents d'appel d'offres digitaux sont disponibles sur le Réseau de possibilités
    d'affaires du Nouveau-Brunswick, RPANB (NBON).

    Chaque soumission doit être accompagnée d'un bon de cautionnement au montant de 10% du
    total de la soumission, payable à la Ville de Caraquet. Le nom du soumissionnaire ainsi que le nom du contrat doivent être clairement indiqués sur l'enveloppe.

    Ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions ne sera nécessairement acceptée. Veuillez noter
    que si le montant de la plus basse soumission excède le montant maximum prévu pour ce
    projet, la municipalité pourrait annuler le présent appel d'offres.
