    Submissions will be received by NB Power until August 31st, 2026 at 1:30 PM [ADT] for the following:


    Detailed Design, Procure, Fabricate, Assemble, And Supply Shielding Door Bogie Wheel Assembly
    For Point Lepreau Generating Station New Warehouse Facility

    A Non-Mandatory Virtual Proponent Meeting will be held on August 10th, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., ADT, via the Microsoft Teams platform. Participation in the proponent meetings is non-mandatory. The meeting's intent is to allow Proponents to improve their understanding of the planned work scope and the RFP process.


    Questions may be forwarded in advance via email to the buyer below or through the Platforms messaging feature.

    Proponents interested in participating are required to register in advance.

    REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

    1.The deadline to register is: August 7th,12:00 p.m., ADT

    2. To register, please contact the RFP contact, Jessica Pugh, Buyer II at JPugh@nbpower.com and a Microsoft Teams link will be provided.

    NB Power has integrated a new procurement platform called Euna Procurement (formerly Bonfire Interactive) Platform ("Platform"). All procurement activity including but not limited to the solicitation documents, bid questions, clarification requests, addendums, amendments and submissions will be carried out using the Platform. See attached Euna Procurement Platform Vendor Instruction document for directions on accessing, registering and utilizing the Platform. The New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON) website will continue to serve as a host for the public solicitation notice. NB Power reserves the right to reject submissions that do not comply with the submission instructions.

    Solicitation documents and amendments to this notice are available on the Euna Procurement Platform website at: https://nbpower.bonfirehub.ca

    It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that its information is received by NB Power (that is, uploaded and/or saved to the Platform) by the due date and time. Any submission received after the closing date and time will be rejected.

    There will be no public opening. Bid results will not be posted to NBON until the contract has been awarded.

    Une réunion virtuelle non obligatoire à l'intention des soumissionnaires aura lieu le 10 août 2026, à 10 h, HAA, sur la plateforme Microsoft Teams. La participation aux réunions des soumissionnaires est non obligatoire. Cette réunion vise à permettre aux soumissionnaires de mieux comprendre la portée des travaux prévus et le processus de DP.


    Les questions peuvent être envoyées à l'avance par courriel à l'acheteuse indiquée ci-dessous ou au moyen de la fonction de messagerie de la plateforme.

    Les soumissionnaires qui souhaitent participer doivent s'inscrire à l'avance.
