Description
Proponents must be an authorized "Silver Level" or higher reseller for/of Micro Focus products/services at the time of bid submission.
SNB reserves the right to request proof to verify reseller authorization prior to contract execution.
Unit pricing for this item must be stipulated in Canadian Funds (CAD).
Line Items identified below must be bid in full to be considered for award.
Should pricing be omitted for any and/or all items, the cost for the item will be identified as $0.00.
Proposals must be inclusive for/of all service ID's, total # of licenses per service ID's and cost per service ID's. Site requirements should be clearly identified with proposal responses and include the quantity, product number, and product identification name listed by site.
All orders drawn from this contract MUST be signed by designated GNB personnel (the individuals and process will be determined upon award). The Province of New Brunswick will not be responsible for any purchases without this authorization.
Tender to establish a Contract of Supply for "Micro Focus Content Manager" Software Licenses, Support, SaaS & Implementation products for a term of one (1) year commencing upon award and applicable to all "new" and "renewal" requirements.
Product requirements are for all "On-premise" solutions; no hosting is required (this includes all new licensing request and yearly renewal of licensing requirements).
Proposals must be inclusive for/of all service ID's, total # of licenses per service ID's and cost per service ID's. Site requirements should be clearly identified with proposal responses and include the quantity, product number, and product identification name listed by site.
All pricing/price list(s) must be provided
in Canadian dollars.
Following award, the selected Proponent shall be responsible for and to:
- Monitor for volume purchase opportunities and provide further discounts where possible to provide value to GNB/SNB.
- Co-Terminate license maintenance renewals where possible.
