    Description
    The Cape Breton-Victoria Regional Centre for Education (CBVRCE) is comprised of approximately 38 schools and currently has a fleet of 108 school buses. The CVBRCE has a requirement for supply and delivery of recapped bus tires size 11R22.5 for its Transportation Department. This requirement may also include supply of tire casings for recapping if existing CBVRCE casings do not pass industry standards for recapping. The approximate amount of recaps for a one year period was 145, and there was a requirement for approximately 288 casing and recaps (the CBVRCE makes no guarantee that the requirements over the term of this agreement will match or exceed these amounts). Standard of acceptance for the capping is BDR-AS or XDS design pattern. The casings are required to be no more than five years old and are to be Michelin, Goodyear, BF Goodrich, Bridgestone, or Firestone brand.
