Description
Description of Work: work of this contract comprises the interior renovations to the former library in the Brookland Elementary School located at 153 Cottage Road, Sydney, NS B1P 2E5. Work includes demolition, windows, millwork, partitions, doors, finishes, and mechanical and electrical systems. See full details in the attached specifications and drawings. If work for this project starts before the summer months of July and August or extends beyond the summer months there will be a requirement for work to be completed after regular school hours or on weekends. Regular school hours for this site are 8:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday to Friday.
