    Description
    The Municipality of the County of Kings is releasing this Tender for the Supply, Delivery and Licensing of 7 new (2023/2024) hybrid-electric vehicles to serve several departments. The Municipality is requesting Bids from licenses car dealerships. Bidders may choose to bid on one, several or all vehicles. Bids will be scored according to evaluation criteria outlined in the tender document. The highest scoring Bidders per vehicle type will be recommended for award. Award of this Tender is contingent on approval from Municipal Council. A recommendation is expected to be taken to Municipal Council during the February 2024 Council meeting. Tender Package includes Tender, a fillable Bid Form (optional) and Purchase Order Terms and Conditions.
