Zeke Brook Water Treatment Plant

The Municipality of the County of Kings is requesting Bids for a new water treatment facility for expected growth and to serve as a secondary water source for the village of Greenwood. Bids will be evaluated for compliance. The Bidder who provides a compliant Bid at the lowest price will be notified within 24 hours of the event closing, however, award of the contract must first be approved by Municipal Council. Municipal Council will, in their sole discretion, choose to approve the Bid as submitted or choose not to approve the Bid, in which case the event may be cancelled. If Council cancels the Tender, all Bidders will be notified via email. Council may choose to release a new Tender after review and revision of the initial Scope of Work. If Council approves the award, the Bidder who provided a compliant Bid with the lowest pricing will be notified via email within 48 hours of Council approval. Council approval is anticipated to be requested on 5 December, 2023, during the regularly scheduled Municipal Council meeting.
