DUFFERIN STREET UPGRADES - YORK STREET TO EXHIBITION DRIVE

The project is located on Dufferin Street between York Street and Exhibition Drive in the Town of Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. The project involves the reconstruction and upgrading of approximately 650m of roadway and associated municipal infrastructure, including water, sanitary, and storm systems, as well as roadway, curb, sidewalk, and pedestrian crossing improvements. The work generally includes but is not limited to; site preparation; pavement cutting, excavation, removals; installation of new sewer, water and storm infrastructure; reinstatement of disturbed areas including new asphalt roadway, concrete sidewalk, and landscaping from York Street to Exhibition Drive. New sidewalk amenities including sign posts, signs and RRFB pedestrian road crossing. Environmental protection measures, permits, and all associated traffic control, coordination and as built documentation. All related work and incidentals associated with the project as shown on the drawings and detailed in the specification.
