Description
The Municipality is seeking Proposals from qualified organizations to perform full-service wastewater system desludging and biosolids disposal, including provision of bathymetric surveying, lagoon sludge mass trending/forecasting and applicable sampling/analysis for biosolids disposal classification for each of the Municipal owned sewer utilities; and provide sufficient information within the Proposal in detail that meets or exceeds the requirements outlined within the Proposal deliverables. As part of capital long-term infrastructure planning and operational planning, the Municipality intends to enter into a service contract ending March 31, 2029 (with an option of extending the service contract for up to one additional year) to provide full-service desludging and biosolids disposal, and related services for lagoon-based treatment plants associated with each of the Municipality-operated sanitary systems.
