    Description
    BNS is seeking the services of a Consultant with experienced and qualified site professionals, senior environmental experts, and field personnel to conduct environmental investigations of the former Miller Lake Mine Site in order to provide Phase I/II ESA reports for the Crown Land property. The Consultant will be required to closely adhere to the Nova Scotia Contaminated Site Regulations Ministerial Protocols for Phase I and II ESAs, and will conduct the Phase I/II ESA as per the Canadian Standards Associated (CSA) Phase I ESA Z768-01 and Phase II ESA Z769-00 Standards on Crown Land property only at this time. The purpose of the Phase I/II ESA is to identify and delineate environmental contamination on Crown Land property at the former Miller Lake Mine Site that may have resulted from historical mining activities on and adjacent to the subject property, to identify any issues that may represent materially significant environmental risks or liabilities, and to produce a recommendation for remediation.
