Description
Build Nova Scotia, together with the Department of Public Works, intends to undertake a competitive procurement for select Mechanical and Electrical packages for the Clinical Services Building at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital. The purpose of this market sounding session is to: • Discuss the use of a cost-plus contract model • Test market capacity and appetite • Seek feedback on risk allocation, commercial terms, and reporting expectations • Gather input to refine the forthcoming contract work and tender packages.
