RFP - Design-Build Services for Public Housing - Shubenacadie Location

This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Build Nova Scotia (“BNS”) to prospective proponents to submit Proposal for Design-Build Services for Public Housing Development - Shubenacadie, as further described in Appendix B of the RFP Particulars (the “Deliverables”). This RFP is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Public Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual. BNS is seeking a design-builder to advance the schematic designs to final detailed design and provide construction services (Design-Build) for 18 units of new public housing at Mill Village Road in Shubenacadie, NS. The Successful Proponent will complete design development, construction documents, and construction services for the identified site.
