    Description
    Remove and replace motor – Power Rosborough 9.11m rough water rescue boat, from twin Suzuki 175hp to twin Yamaha 200 HP outboards • Remove Current Engines & Rigging Gear o Place Engines on pallets for customer pick up • Repair Transom and re-drill for Yamaha engines • Install Engines on Transom • Run rigging gear and new fuel supply lines • Fabricate GRP Dash panel and install new rigging gear and control in dash • Upgrade Battery management system • Install new Hydraulic Steering system matched to Yamaha 200 HP outboards • Re-install motor protector bar • Run engines & Fully PDI • Sea-trial boat and verify all systems in good working order • Evaluate boat’s systems overall and prepare a report on boats condition CBRM to deliver to the winning dealer.
