Podium Waterproofing Repairs and Drainage, Life Sciences Centre (LSC)

Work of this Contract comprises podium waterproofing repairs & drainage for the Dalhousie University Life Sciences Center which includes the excavation and backfilling of the podium deck, removal and disposal of all existing deteriorated roofing system components down to the deck, cleaning and installing membrane flashings, new insulation and filter cloth, drainage layer, caulking and sealing of joints and flashings to prevent intrusion of water and/or vapour, pre-painted galvanized metal flashings, water testing, skylights, topsoil & sodding and concrete sidewalks.
