RFSQ - Conservation Officer Body Armour for Department of Natural Resources and Renewables

This Request for Supplier Qualifications (the 'RFSQ') is an invitation by the Department of Natural Resources and Renewables on behalf of the Province of Nova Scotia (the 'Province') to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to potentially provision of Conservation Officer Body Armour, as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix C) (the 'Deliverables'). This RFSQ is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Sustainable Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual. The evaluation and selection process outlined in this RFSQ is intended to result in the authorization of a standing offer with one supplier who will act as the Province’s primary, but not necessarily exclusive, source of supply for the Deliverables as and when requested ('Standing Offer').
