    Description
    This Request for Proposals (the 'RFP') is an invitation by the Province of Nova Scotia (the 'Province') to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision ofLegal Land Surveying for Highway 103 Hubbards to Chesterto theDepartment of Public Works (DPW),as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the 'Deliverables'). This RFP is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Sustainable Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual. DPW has the mandate to provide a transportation network for the safe and efficient movement of people and goods. DPW is responsible for continuing the Province’s upgrade of Highway 103 and continue the twinning from Hubbards to Chester. This RFP is to obtain Legal Land Surveying Services to establish the boundaries of the proposed twinning from Hubbards to Chester.
