Description
In accordance with all applicable trade agreements, this Notice of Proposed Procurement(NPP) is to notify the supplier community that the Province intends to undertake a procurement activity for the Nova Scotia Departments of Community Services and Seniors and Long-Term Care Individualized Funding ('IF') Service and IT Application to support persons with disabilities or care needs that affect activities of daily living.
The Departments of Community Services (DCS) and Seniors and Long-Term Care (SLTC) will be inviting qualified and experienced vendors to submit proposals for the procurement via a Request for Proposals (RFP) which is anticipated Spring 2024. The IF Service and IT Application is designed to provide a spectrum of administrative and management supports for participants who access individualized funding through DCS and SLTC programs, offering flexibility based on individual needs. The procurement will be comprised of both a service and an IT application, collectively aimed at enhancing participants' ability to manage their individualized funding effectively.
