Description
This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Department of Cyber Security and Digital Solutions (“CSDS”) on behalf of the Province of Nova Scotia (the “Province”) for prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Mandatory Technical Responses (Part 2) to potentially provide IT Professional Services for the Registry of Motor Vehicles Modernization Team (“RMVMT”) as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables)”. This RFSQ is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Sustainable Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual.
The Province has been leading efforts to modernize and transform the Registry of Motor Vehicles (“RMV”) and the services and business processes that will rely on the modernized registry. The intent of this RFSQ is to establish pre-qualified information technology vendors in a supply arrangement to work with CSDS for the implementation of RMVMT initiatives in Nova Scotia by identifying vendors with skilled professionals with expertise in designing and delivering digital services using internet-era ways of working, supporting information systems, IT project management, and software integration specifically for RMVMT.
Respondents who meet the requirements for this RFSQ will qualify to enter into a Master Agreement with the Province. In the event CSDS requires services in alignment with the requirements outlined in this RFSQ, a Statements of Work (“SOW’”) will be issued in accordance with the “Call-up Process” outlined in Appendix C, section C.2.
