    Description
This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Province of Nova Scotia (the “Province”) on behalf of the Department of Service Nova Scotia to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to potentially provide Printing Services as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). This RFSQ is being conducted pursuant to the Public Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual. Initial offering for RFSQ # Doc2492426936 was posted to the Procurement Portal. In accordance with Section 2.7, these documents provide an opportunity for additional vendors to respond to this offering. King’s Printer (KP) is the division within SNS that supplies, produces, and distributes high-volume regular and confidential documents within government. As established by the Communications and Information Act, King’s Printer has the duty of printing all official, departmental, and other reports, books, forms, documents, items and other papers as are required to be printed at the expense of the Province. KP offers a wide variety of print products to its clients. Printing, both digital and offset, as well as signage and specialty items are all integral components of our product mix. The purpose of establishing the Supplier Qualification List is to secure a variety of suppliers to meet the printing requirements. Under the terms and conditions of the Supplier Qualification List, these services will be accessed on an “as requested” basis during the Master Agreement term. The successful respondents that are placed on the Supplier Qualification List are not guaranteed any offer of work.
