Description
The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete the removal ofthe existing roof top AHU, AC units, VAV box's, duct work in center wing, pneumaticvalves and BAS system. Installation of 2 new Roof top units, one unit to tie into theexisting duct work system, the second to have all new ventilation system that will servicethe Library, center wing and basement area. A new BAS system will be installed alongwith new VAV and motorized valves for heating system to control new HVAC system,existing Boiler system controls will tie into new BAS. Structural roof framing to supportnew RTU's and electrical to support HVAC upgrades. Work performed over 2 levels androof at the Maud Lewis Building located at 84 Warwick Street, Digby, NS B0V 1A0 for aStipulated Price contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents.
