High Street / St. Phillips Street Upgrades

The Town of Bridgewater and Public Service Commission of Bridgewater request tenders for the upgrade of water main, sanitary and storm sewers, as well as complete street reconstruction along both High Street, from Empire Street to Victoria Road, as well as St. Phillips Street, from Victoria Road to Logan Road. The scope of work generally consists of the following: a. High Street Upgrades- Road Widening from the Victoria Road intersection and blending near Empire Street intersection. New storm, sanitary, watermain and service laterals to all existing and future properties. New AT trail as well as retaining walls and new traffic signals at the High/Victoria intersection c/w new conduits, bases, poles, and all equipment. b. St. Phillips Street Upgrade-New storm, sanitary, and watermain replacement including service laterals, hydrants, complete with street reconstruction and a new stormwater outfall.
